- Good care should be taken of the property and its contents. It should be left clean and tidy. This care is to include all equipment, utensils, crockery, etc. Tenants should be aware that all damages and breakages are the holiday tenants responsibility and their cost shall be refundable to the owner.
- A deposit of half the total rent must be enclosed with your booking form.
- Following receipt of a completed booking form and deposit, holiday tenants will be sent a confirmation of booking, and are then responsible for the balance of the rental, which is payable 5 weeks before your arrival date.
- In the case of cancellation, refunds are at our discretion, depending on whether another booking can be arranged in your place. If we are successful we will return your money less a £20 admin fee per week. You are advised to take out holiday insurance which covers cancellation & personal effects.
- Any cause for complaint, or accidental damage to the property, or its contents should be reported to the owner immediately.
- Holiday lets are booked Saturday to Saturday. Your arrival should be after 4pm, and you must vacate by 10am on your day of departure.
- The cottage and its inventory are checked after every departure
